Please note: some customers have encountered problems caused by incompatible video recorders/DVRs. The detailed introduction of our camera (shown in Figure 4) has explained the types of signals our camera supports and our default video format is 2MP TVI @ 20fps, and how to change it to other different signal output. Please confirm your DVR support type before purchasing, or contact our technical support to confirm support for your DVR before purchasing.

This is a 2MP@20fps TVI/AHD/CVI 4 in 1 camera, Please confirm your DVR type, and then use OSD Joystick to switch to corresponding camera video mode. If your DVR only supports 2MP@12.5fps, please use OSD joystick to switch to 960H mode first, then enter into camera OSD menu to choose 2MP@12.5fps video output.

This CCTV camera supports TVI/AHD/CVI/960H CVBS (Analog) 4 Modes of video output.The default video mode is 2MP TVI, please change to corresponding VIDEO MODE by Joystick cable according to your DVR before use.1/2.5" 2MP CMOS sensor, Super Hybrid video output to ensure high image resolution.
